A: According to article 176 of the law of Montenegro's 'On Road Traffic Safety,' which is valid from January 2013., citizens of foreign countries may drive a vehicle on the territory of Montenegro in the presence of a valid national driving license. This is fixed by the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic, 1968.

A: We do not have any restrictions according to the driving experience or age limit. You can rent and drive our vehicles if you are over 18 years old.

A: You can pay in cash or by debit or credit card. VISA and MASTERCARD are acceptable.

A: The procedure lasts from 5 to 10 minutes.

A: KASKO or CDW is included, but it doesn’t cover tyres and windscreen. We can also provide Super KASCO or SCDW at an additional cost. It covers all damages, tyres, windscreen, and down parts of the car, and it eliminates excess/franchise. Please note that insurance works only with a police report; without a police report, insurance doesn’t cover any damage.

A: Payment occurs during car pickup and can be done with a credit card, cash, or account payment(companies).

A: You can make a reservation for other people, but beware that at car pickup, we will need a valid credit card in the name of the main driver. We accept credit and debit cards: Visa and Mastercard.

A: Yes, you can. We have cars divided by class, so you can pick what suits you best.

A: During vehicle pick-up, signing a car rental agreement is obligatory. The agreement contains information about the rented vehicle, the time and place where the vehicle is rented, the driver’s data, information about the person or company that pays for renting, check-in form with current car damages (if any). By signing the agreement, the client is authorised to drive the vehicle.

A: Yes, you can visit neighbouring countries with our cars. You just need to inform us about this before you go, as you will need approval from our company to use your cross-border pass.

A: Mileage is unlimited, except for one-day rent, then the limitation is 250km.

A: Yes. You can put a second driver in your contract, other drivers can’t be written, but they can drive on Montenegrin territory.

A: The minimum duration of your rent is 24 hours – 1 day. Delay is charged extra.

A: Yes, you are welcome to return the vehicle to different cities or even countries. For returns to distant locations, there is an additional fee that varies based on the distance.

A: Yes. If your rental period starts in one period and continues into another where the price is different, our online booking system will automatically calculate the price.

A: We understand that flights don't always arrive during regular business hours, and we're here to help. For confirmed reservations with late arrivals, our dedicated team members will be ready to welcome you and ensure you receive your vehicle, even after our standard working hours. To provide you with the best possible service, we kindly ask that you include your flight number when making your reservation. This allows us to track your arrival and make any necessary adjustments to accommodate potential delays.

A: If you have full coverage insurance, a police report is not needed. In other cases, if you don’t make an official police report on the accident, the damage will be charged to the client. The police report is needed even in cases where a client wasn’t present when the damage occurred (for example, a car was damaged in the parking lot by an unknown person).

A: Yes, you must inspect the car at pick-up and compare the damages you find on the car and the ones described on the check-in form with the rental agreement. If there are damages on the car that are not listed in the check-in form, you contact the colleague who is renting you the vehicle to mark it additionally and avoid the problems of charging damage prices while drop off.
